Gryphhound done.

Tuesday

Hobbystream day 143.

Stormcast people’s bird done. That’s all the Stormcast from the last Stormbringer done. Now to finish off the greenskins. Chipped away at a few more colours on them. Can I get them done before the next delivery?

Wednesday

Hobbystreak day 144.

Good day of progress on the two remaining models for Stormbringer. They’re nearly done and I’ll be all caught up.

Thursday

Hobbystreak day 145.

Disaster! New stormbringer arrived a few hours before I could finish the last two models from last month.

This month doesn’t seem to bad to paint. 3 Orks with crossbows, one Ork with a massive crossbow and two golden gits on a chariot with two Griffhound things pulling it.

The Into The Fray box for Malifaux also came, but that’s only 3 minis and shouldn’t be too bad except for the copious amounts of smoke on the two Rocketeer . Oh and the other model Louisa Fusi has smoke as well. Why do you do this to me wyrd? They can get painted alongside the Tull core box as they’re the same keyword, which means that so far June is looking like a batch of Malifaux, Stormbringer and then a bit more Malifaux for them. That last group is 10 models, but a few of them are very simple paint jobs as long as I avoid painting union jacks on them like the box has.

Friday

Hobbystreak day 146.

Orks all finished, it’s onto Malifaux again. Lots of wood in this box, so brown all round. Up first are The Clampetts Bally Hoo Bucket , Judd & Honey and Harold Tull Dead Silent

Saturday

Hobbystreak day 147.

I’m having a play with the Pro-Acryl metallics and I’m really impressed so far. I’ve used the copper and brass on the boat details for The Clampettes and they’re very nice. I then did the wheels in Dark Silver, which is a very black metal that again looks great.

More work on the Bally Hoo Bucket.
