Second layer of pink on Gracie .

Hobbystream day 290.

Did the red highlights on the Lictor and painted green skin on Burt Jebsen

Wednesday

Hobbystreak day 291.

Retouched the bone areas on the lictor where red had got on them. Added some Dirty Down Rust to the metal that it’s standing on.

Thursday

Hobbystreak day 292.

Painted Burt Jebsen’s gun with Ratling grime as an experiment.

The delayed stormbringer shipment arrived and it’s a set of models that I just don’t feel like building at the moment. I think I really need to adjust my priorities so that I’m painting more interesting things instead of just churning out units for armies I’ll never play and have no emotional attachment to so they’re going into a box for now.

I’m kind of doing that now, but I think I need to really double down on it.

Friday

Hobbystreak day 293.

I got the reprint of the Rogue Trader book and it’s much thicker than my original ‘87 copy. I assume that’s down to page paper weight.

Painted Jebsen’s top. I need to just give models a few hours at a time sometimes and finish them. Especially as apparently more Malifaux preorders have shipped.

Saturday

Hobbystreak day 294.

Spent some time changing around my painting area. My desk gets cluttered and then my desire to paint drops so I need to be able to clear it all away when done.

Touched up a bit more on the Lictor and added some grass clumps to his base.

Got a delivery of Malifaux things today from my pre-orders. That’s the whole Bygone keyword owned now then. They’re not something I was that interested in before, but maybe I should just paint up the full crew as a change as they’re an interesting design.

Sunday

Hobbystreak day 295.

Made the last few tweaks and the Lictor is done.

Next week is a Malifaux week I think, for now back to gracie.
